BULLET CARBON™ — SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME  
• Orders ship within **2–3 business days** of payment, excluding weekends & holidays.  
• Pre‑order or back‑order items ship on the date shown at checkout.

2. CARRIERS & SPEEDS  
• USA: UPS Ground or USPS Priority (2–5 business days).  
• International: DHL Express or UPS Worldwide (3–7 business days).

3. RATES  
• Checkout auto‑calculates live carrier rates by weight & destination.  
• Free U.S. shipping on orders **$149+** (after discounts).

4. TRACKING  
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take up to 24 hrs to update.

5. DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)  
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusing delivery does not waive these fees.

6. DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT  
• Inspect packages on arrival. If damaged, email **support@bulletcarbon.com** with photos within 48 hrs.  
• Lost package claims must be filed within 14 days of the last tracking update.

7. SPLIT SHIPMENTS  
Items may ship separately to speed up delivery; you will not incur extra charges.
