BULLET CARBON™ — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW  
You have **30 days from the delivery date** to start a return.

2. HOW TO START  
Visit **bulletcarbon.com/returns** and request an RMA#. We’ll email instructions plus a prepaid label (USA orders).

3. ITEM CONDITION  
• Parts must be unused, liner intact, and packed in the original box.  
• Bundles must return as a complete set.  
• Installed adhesive or broken clips = non‑returnable.  

4. RETURN SHIPPING COST  
• **USA:** Prepaid label; **$14** deducted from your refund **unless the item is confirmed defective**.  
• **International:** You pay the carrier of your choice; verified defects get a shipping credit.

5. REFUND OPTIONS  
• **Instant store credit** — issued the moment the label is scanned.  
• **Back‑to‑card** — on request; 3 % processing fee deducted.  
• **15 % restock fee** if original packaging is missing or damaged.

6. DEFECTS & WARRANTY  
Photo proof of a manufacturing defect within **60 days** = free replacement **or** full refund (including shipping). Zero restock fees.
